Other Fees: Two persons and two vehicles per site is included, there is additional fees for extra persons and vehicles. Electric is charged at $0.42/KW for monthly sites. Phone/Cable/Internet is not included.

RV Sites are full hookups (30/50AMP electric, water, sewer). Cottage Rental has two night minimum.

TO QUALIFY:

1. Maximum occupancy of two vehicles. RV should be less than 10 years old or vintage model approved by management. RVIA certified tiny house only.
2. Maximum occupancy of two persons per site.
3. Maximum occupancy of two pets (non-aggressive dog breeds only).
4. No evictions or criminal convictions.
5. Good rental history or homeowner history, and no unpaid collections or judgements.

Long term site requires one month security deposit and additional approved credit/background check ($40 non-refundable fee). Water, sewer, trash, and landscaping for common areas is included in monthly fee. RV resident pays separately for electric, propane, and wifi/internet.
