To Our Valued Residents and Guests:
Park Delta Bay and the Delta Bay Marina remain dedicated to their residents, visitors, and guests during this immediate crisis surrounding COVID-19 and the novel coronavirus. Both facilities remain open and available for parking and docking, with normal business hours subject to some procedure changes designed to protect visitors, guests, residents, and staff from the possible spread of the novel coronavirus as much as possible.
We will do everything we can to maintain normal operating procedures while complying with the latest public health agency orders. California’s order can be tracked at their website, here. Sacramento County’s order can be tracked at its website, here.
We will still take reservations in accordance with our normal policy, although travelers are urged to follow the state-wide order to shelter-in-place. Guests with existing reservations who will not be visiting the park should call the office to discuss postponement or cancellation. We encourage everyone who lives at or visits the Park or Marina to follow the recommendations of the CDC, which you can find here. Practice good hygiene, especially hand-washing. Observe social distancing. Please enjoy the lovely meadow or dockside views, but stay apart from others who are out and about. If you are over the age of 65 or have underlying health issues, please consult your physician about special measures you should be taking.
We want you to come see the beautiful California Delta when the crisis has passed and you can travel again. Stay healthy!

Residents wanting to make rent or utility payments should do so by check or by credit or debit card over the telephone. Please call the office at 916-777-5588 to make these arrangements. Packages will be placed outside when you come to retrieve them, or arrangements will be made for safe, no-contact delivery. If you are expecting a package, feel free to notify the office so we can coordinate pick-up with you.
Increased Cleaning Procedures: Staff has increased the frequency and intensity of cleaning procedures in the common areas at both the Park and the Marina. Guidelines for normal cleaning in public places will be followed and enhanced to insure that anyone using the restrooms and laundry facilities will not be unduly placed at risk. Although the Park cannot be responsible for disease brought into its common areas by outsiders or residents, we will do everything we can to insure thorough, repeated, and frequent sanitation of common areas especially restrooms and the laundry room.
Access to Common Areas: The public restrooms and laundry room will remain open unless the statewide or county orders otherwise dictate. The community room in the Park’s clubhouse has been closed since Wednesday, March 18th, and will remain closed until further notice.
We’re all in this together!
We apologize for any inconvenience which you might experience. We are doing our best to follow the orders in place and to protect our residents, guests, visitors, and staff from possible spread of this potentially deadly virus. We appreciate your patience and we encourage you to take every precaution to protect yourselves and your family from infection. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please call the Park office during normal business hours, and we will try to assist. Thank you.
