Park Delta Bay is home to many long-term residents, in RVs, trailers, and tiny houses.

Currently, the park has 15 tiny houses, of which 12 are owner-occupied at the present time. The tiny houses range from 15 feet to 34 feet, with each being unique. Pacifica Tiny Homes built three of the houses among our owner-occupied long-term residents.

Over the last five years, the Park and its tiny house dwellers have showcased the homes and community at Camp Tiny House. While a date has not been set for a 2023 open house, news of future such events will be posted on this page.

Some of our community members have been featured in articles and videos. This article features Robin, a baker who lives in a gorgeous Tiny Heirloom tiny house.
