Breakfast Campfire Style: How to cook Western Omelet
- 1/4 c. chopped ham
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 8 eggs
- 1 10oz can cream of mushroom soup
Take the ham, green peppers, onion and butter and cook them over your fire until they are tender. Next mix your eggs and soup together then add your ham mixture. Put your omelet back on the fire and wait for the eggs to set. Make sure that you keep stirring.
